Payment Policy
Leisure Tours & Services (Private) Limited (LTS) provides all services under these terms and conditions.
“Services” include one or more of the following: (a) Transport, (b) Accommodation, (c) Other tourist services. Moreover, clients must review all service details before booking.
Your Booking
The traveler or an authorized group member must complete the booking details. Once submitted, LTS confirms the requested arrangements through web bookings as soon as we receive them. For legal purposes, the contract exists only when LTS issues a confirmation invoice for services provided by LTS or its suppliers.
The Client must check the confirmation invoice carefully and immediately notify LTS of any corrections. Otherwise, LTS assumes the details are correct.
Your Contract
Sri Lankan law governs this contract and all services provided by LTS.
Although the contract is with LTS, third-party providers (hotels, bus operators, tours) supply most services. Therefore, LTS acts solely as an agent.
The Client acknowledges that LTS cannot control third-party personnel, equipment, or operations. Consequently, LTS will not assume liability for personal injury, property damage, accidents, delays, or other losses caused by:

Supplier negligence or wrongful acts

Supplier employees’ wrongful or negligent acts

Defective or failed equipment

Other parties outside LTS’s control
Clients can access relevant supplier terms on vouchers or request them directly from the supplier. In particular, they should read all terms carefully.
Payment
Except where LTS specifies otherwise in writing, the Client must pay for all services upon confirmation. Until LTS receives full payment, we will not provide any services. Furthermore, if the Client delays payment, LTS may cancel the tour and apply cancellation charges.
Cost of the Tour
Suppliers may increase service costs after confirmation. However, LTS will try to limit price increases to fuel, airline fares, taxes, fees, or exchange rate changes. Clients must pay any increases by the dates specified in Clause 3 or on the notice of increase. Otherwise, LTS may suspend the service.
Amendments & Cancellations by the Client
Clients can request changes via the LTS website. Additionally, clients must pay any extra costs for such changes. Moreover, LTS will not issue credits or refunds for unused services.
Clients may cancel at any time using the same email used for confirmation. LTS requires written notification from the person who signed the booking form. Otherwise, LTS cannot process the cancellation. Clients must follow the cancellation policy communicated at confirmation.
Changes by LTS
LTS may occasionally change itineraries, including flight times and carriers. In such cases, LTS will notify Clients promptly. However, LTS cannot cover expenses resulting from changes beyond our control.
Complaints
Clients must immediately report hotel issues to the supplier. If the supplier cannot resolve the issue, the Client must notify LTS in writing within 48 hours with the booking reference and details. Otherwise, LTS cannot address complaints reported after this period.
LTS Liability
LTS limits its liability to the price of the affected service (excluding insurance and amendment charges). Consequently, clients should obtain adequate insurance to protect themselves.
Passenger Responsibility
Clients must cover medical expenses for illness or accidents and maintain adequate insurance. Furthermore, clients must fulfill all visa, immigration, and health requirements. LTS does not assume responsibility for any damage or injury unless caused by our negligence.
Clients accept responsibility for their behavior and must reimburse LTS or its suppliers for any damage caused by negligence or recklessness.
Support Companies Worldwide
Affiliated companies may provide support services but cannot make reservations or act as LTS agents. Therefore, LTS operates only from its Sri Lanka office.
General & Disclaimers
Clients may use site content for personal, noncommercial purposes only. Additionally, LTS provides information “as is” and does not guarantee error-free content.
